Successful lasting recovery doesn't happen when you've completed the inpatient portion of the program.

The key to Cold Creek Wellness Center's successful treatment program is offering resources and support that are convenient and available to our clients near where they live. We currently offer or contract with providers of Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) in Davis, Salt Lake, Utah and Washington counties.

Upon graduation from the inpatient program clients receive an individual treatment plan specifically detailing steps recommended, by the clinical team, to thrive in their new reality. IOP is an important step to successfully transitioning to independent living. Also, our IOP program is a full 60- days (extendable to 90-days) providing a minimum of 78 hours of treatment, in both group and individual settings. Throughout the IOP program clients continue to be evaluated and their progress assessed to help ensure success and maintain a focus on the constant, conscious pursuit of living life to it's fullest potential.
